Disc 1 grades VG, is glossy and clean with light scuffs. Disc 2 grades low VG, is glossy overall with light scuffs. Small writing on otherwise clean labels, text layout and runouts appear consistent, except James Brown head-shot on disc 1 is the black and white photo image and disc 2 labels are black-print only. Gatefold sleeve has edge, shelf and corner wear, corner dings. Pinhole with tears inside gatefold in each opening corner.

Both discs have significant scratches to both sides but play through without major issue. Gatefold top right corner seams are split on front and back portion in 2.5 inch area, but rest of seams and cover in good shape outside of minor corner wear.
