CLEANING: However we do send our records clean, you can ask for extra professional cleaning for 1 EUR per 12"/LP. We use Nitty Gritty Mini Pro2 machine, with original fluid from the factory. New, antistatic inner jacket is 0,5 EUR. We add these costs to the shipping price.

We ship our orders ONCE to the right address (provided on Discogs). Buyer has to manage to receive it from the shipping company. If the pacel returns to us, we only send that again if Buyer covers all further shipping costs, including the return to our store.
Highly valuabe records over 100 EUR, and multiple orders over 250 EUR value WE ONLY SHIP WITH EXPRESS PREMIUM, FULLY INSURED SERVICES, as succesful delivery is on sellers risk. PLEASE NOTE that the automatic shiping adjustment of Discogs counts with normal registered shipping, which isn’t appropriate for these expensive items!
We can send any shipments with normal post, of course it makes it less secure), if the buyer takes the risks. We only can do this with bank trasfer payments, not with PayPal.

IMPORTANT: If you pick up your parcel from the shipping company, with your signature you prove that you received the parcel without damage.
