All of our shipping services have been vastly improved: we ship DIRECT via premium providers, at heavily discounted rates, to most countries. We no longer use lengthy mail-forwarding services (as has been the case in the past, and remains with our competitors). Your orders ship direct from Japan to you - rather than facing a lengthy, doubled-journey via mail-forwarding centers.

1. WE NOW OFFER COURIER direct service from Japan to many regions (for less than the cost of slow economy services offered by competitors, thanks to a special arrangement with our partners in Japan). Be sure to see all of our shipping options at checkout in the drop-down shipping service selection box to see the service most appealing to you.
2. Please note: if you choose tracked options - tracking is NOT available immediately: we have a unique arrangement with our delivery partners, that enable us to offer you shipping services at a fraction of their regular prices. The trade-off, is that tracking is often NOT available until a week or so, after the package has been dispatched. Please also note, once a tracking code is provided - you may see "label created" for up to a week or so: this does not mean the package is not en route: the package is already on its way by this point, however, has yet to be scanned at the inward/outward courier point in Tokyo (we are located in southern Japan). In order to help us provide the most efficient and quick service to all, we kindly ask you not to request tracking as soon as your order is marked as shipped. We will provide tracking - as we always do - (if you opted for tracked services), as soon as tracking becomes available from our delivery partner (again - in some cases, this may require about a week or so after your ordered is processed and subsequently marked as shipped). We understand our shipping solutions may be a bit unusual, but - this is the small trade-off in order to provide you with the lowest possible shipping costs, direct service, all within very reasonable delivery estimates.
On that note: please heed very close attention to the DELIVERY ESTIMATE shown to you during the checkout process, next to the shipping service selection to avoid unrealistic delivery expectations. This is the easiest way to avoid unnecessary friction between buyers and sellers. ^_^ If you select a shipping service at checkout that shows a delivery estimate of 15-20 business days, we respectfully ask to please not demand 'where's my package?!' after just 2 weeks (10 working days). The delivery estimates provided are tailored to the specific services offered to you at checkout and are based on the successful delivery countless orders to your region.
