As far as i know from the afro funky cosmic scene B1 "I Gotta Little Love", was a regular rotated record on the turntables in various original cosmic clubs and venues like Cosmic (maybe the last season because it was shut down in 1984), Melody Mecca, Typhoon, etc...
On one of my original cosmic tapes i own, DJ MEO had either a longer original instrumental version or dub version from this or he looped the essential parts already that time, somebody knows more about an eventual Instrum or Dub Version from that song?

If anyone has a sleeve (only) I'll pay a few bucks....I have the vinyl but no cover, would be nice to complete - thanks!

Like so many tracks throughout the 80's, a saxophone has to rudely interrupt proceedings.

In this case, it's on Painted Love (A2). It's a nice mid-tempo synth disco track, but the sax pokes its head above everything else in key parts, which really puts me off.

Never mind, "I Gotta Little Love" on the b-side redeems everything by delivering a funky Disco groove with typical Werner vocal gymnastics. It's an awesome track!

Of course "Fantasy" is the main track here, for good reason.

Uplifting Italo Disco inspired vibes abound, think Hold Me Tight.

So yeah, saxophones aside this is a pretty essential piece of Angela's catalogue.
