Notes
The track on this release is a cover of Teresa Teng's eponymous hit single 愛人.
It was later reissued on The Gerogerigegege - Kitanomaru Hyakkei 7" in 1993.
☞ Produced: VIS' A' VIS
☞ Enginere: T.KIDO (MOD STUDIO)
☞ Manager: ハードボイルレド・ゲロ (translates as 'Hard-boiled Gero')
☞ Designer: エメラルド・ゲロ ('Emerald Gero')
"2000 flexi discs were made to be burned out in live from the beginning. So I had advertised it, on any kinds of musical magazines, as "Release Memorial Performance". Many many people came on that day. Of course, they expected some performance, but all they could see was that I burned out all the discs in front of them. The remained discs were simply forgotten there to be brought... Well, I cannot answer your question "why ?" but can only say that this is THE GEROGERIGEGEGE ! While I was burning out them, GERO 30 was having fun with his masturbation. Teresa Teng is a taiwanese singer who once hits explosively the numbers in Japan." (Juntaro Yamanouchi)
Various editions exist:
Art edition* — copies that are burned or cut in half
Playable copies** — those are extremely rare, some came as a bonus insert with Showa (Ramones Edition) LP
* There is at least one version with a missing center label (scratched, "polished" surface, as if it was removed manually).
** Release Images also show a custom, playable copy sent out directly by the artist in the early nineties (numbered in '#X/41' pattern, with a 'winking geisha' vintage holographic postcard as an insert).

Reviews
- Edited 4 months agoSo only one (custom) copy had the postcard? I have that card (in total THREE different lenticular winking geishas) but unfortunately not the flexi ….. sadness.
- I am still enjoying the track after 30 years like listening to it for the first time. Great time, great memories, great recording and story.
- I seriously doubt there are at least 41 playable copies of the flexi left over: there may be a flexi numbered 41, but Yuntaro loved these games - he told me around 25 playable copies were left over from the performance. But then again, who knows for sure? I've never seen art copies/burnt copies, but have seen two fully playable copies: one had a print on the flexi, one didn't. One had a cover, the other one didn't. Go figure...
