Westworld – Westbeat / Dreamworld

Dreamworld = timeless. Pure emotion. Brilliant EP overall, as is pretty much every release from this stable IMHO.

Westbeat slept on, amazing track. This record is better than the TV show.

Such a strong release this one! Dreamworld is pure bliss! The Slam was an anthem too, every track is solid.

Does anyone know of a deep house record which uses the Slam Dreamworld intro, and then a female with a very seductive vocal saying I'm in exstacy . Heard DJ Ralf play in mid 1998 this and have been on the hunt for this since then.

AA1 Dreamworld . What an astonishing tune! You cannot help but to feel happy after this one. It is impossible not too!

The Slam is an absolute 1990 warehouse classic. Nice rolling, easy going piano tune without being cheesy as hell unlike many of its peers of the time. A few vocal female wailings, chants and sirens accompanied with funky bass and chugging Mantronix "King Of The Beats" cowbell style rhythm. Played on the pirates all through the second half of that summer and beyond. Fantasy FM was the main protagonist!

A special mention also has to go to "Your Mind, Your Body" as it's probably the most overlooked Westworld track on this release, perhaps even the whole catalogue. A bit of a secret weapon when dropping the deeper techno house arsenal.
