I picked this Cd up about 6 months ago. Reguardless of how long its been since its release (1997) the only song that i would give a thumbs up to is "Circles". Im a huge fan of Drum and Bass, along with all of its little sub genres but for some reason this album does nothing for me. I give him respect for creating such a large name for himself and pumping out so many albums but at the same time theres no "Wow" factor to his production during the time of this album. Occasionally i would hear a fiew pleasing sounds with-in specific songs (Ex. Jaxx, when the sample "one" was used) but like i said, nothing to be excited about.

over all i would give this album a 3 out of 5. If you love drum and bass and are a collector then by all means pick it up, but be weary that there are loads and loads of other songs/albums that do a better job at illustrating Drum and Bass.

Easily the best individual album I have in my collection. It's a varied album - lots of different material to get to grips with. The whole album just flows together. Drum and bass, abstract and chillout fused together provides me with a lot of inspiration for my own album.
If you like abstract and drum and bass - then do yourself a favour and buy this CD!
