- I still can't believe how much this is selling for these days. Got my copy from The Disc in Bradford on its release for about £5.00 at the time. Totally forgot I had it until recently when digging through my collection. Been played probably once and then put back on the shelf. And no, it is not for sale. This is possibly the greatest track ever released in my opinion, not too keen on the Solarstone mix or the 15th anniversary mixes as you can never better an original classic!!!
- I actually was fortunate enough to get my copy as a birthday gift from a friend. Also had the man himself autograph it (carved to the blank b side with a key) a few years later when I had invited him to play at my birthday party. Have only played the track couple of times from this copy. One of the tracks that defines an era. Still to this date I get goosepumps when I even think about the riffs. On other topic - Tapio is probably the nicest person You will ever meet, at least in this business.
- This needs a new vinyl release really bad. Such a great track like this will fly off the shelves, but at this prices no f**king way!
- I was very fortunate to pick this up recently on ebay at well below the going rate here on cogs, an absolutely wonderful journey that moves me to tears (almost!). Be sure to also check out Solarstone's Pure Mix (not available on vinyl AFAIK), even though that is a few years old now he still plays it occasionally and sounds fantastic at full volume! :-)
- The best exploitation of dead can dance ever.blew my mind at the time, still does it now.incidentally for anyone wishing to check out the source material, you will not be disappointed!
- One of the best set openers from the progressive years, its a complete prog-feast from start to finish, over 10 minutes of euphoria, you must play this track from start to finish to really appreciate it. First heard this track played by sasha @ Ally pally nye 98 and later on by oakenfold @ homelands 99 and couple of plays by john digweed, really sets your set up nicely, giving the clubbers a taster of what to expect next! However, be warned this is not cheap on vinyl, its one sided and sought after by alot of prog jocks, buy, borrow or steal a copy you won't regret it, steel fish's finest ;)
- The famous sample in this record is actually lifted wholesale from Dean Can Dance's "The Host Of Seraphim", from their 1988 album "Serpent's Egg".
