This shouldn't be labeled Freestyle. Just because one of the tracks is named Freestyle Mix doesn't mean its that kind of music.

"The Blue Light Of The Underwater Sun" is actually a rework of the track "Ul He Fu" which had been Moby's contribution to the "Mayday - The Judgement Day" compilation.

It starts out as a highly cheesy ambient tune with spoken vocals by Moby in which he tells you to imagine being a dolphin in the sea. After the dolphin in the story is suddenly captured in a fishnet and gets into a panic, a kickdrum and distorted synths start banging around your head, with occasional samples that sound like a dolphin's sqeak. In the end, the hardcore techno section of the song breaks down into an electric guitar solo with a lot of feedback, probably to illustrate the animal's death at the end of his fight for survival.

The whole song concept might seem a bit corny, but it is rather well executed. To me, this is one of Moby's best B-sides because it manages to contain the diversity of musical styles he was engaged in during the mid-90s in just four and a half minutes and turn them into a consistent musical piece.
