Inferring from common reference points in the Industrial era culture, I reckon Marquis De Sade and.... I'd take a guess at Lautremont for the L, but S-N doesn't fit his real name or alias, unless in another language?

Apparently "in the works" for the Susan Lawly Legacy CD treatment, per William Bennett on Instagram. Even if just using the same vinyl-sourced remaster as the VOD box set, this would be incredible to finally have!

Will there be a CD?

Or is Tresor just the latest label to decide that there's not enough of us electronic music CD buyers around any more to bother catering to? Man I miss Ostgut Ton more than ever...
Nurse With Wound - Merzbild Schwet

The Missing Sense CD includes the Ostranenie 1913 LP mix of Dada. I owned both of these prior to owning Merzbild Schwet, hence I've only ever regarded Dada as the track with Eve Libertine's monologue, or as you put it - the track with the gong reverb... See full review

After listening to this CD daily for a few weeks, I'm now convinced it's his strongest album since Surveillance Lounge. Yep, that good. A continuously-segued 74 minutes of Steve absolutely rearranging your brain chemistry.

It's almost a shame that I... See full review

Incredible to see such a deluxe Come Org item on Discogs. Like the first commenter, I'd love to know what happened to the other copies, who bought them and might still have them. Wonder if such an exclusive item was 'made to order' a la TG24.

Just picked up a second hand copy of the original Japanese edition, and was getting seriously stoked for a 22-minute Strings Of Life on Disc 2 - only to find that it fades out at the 6-minute mark and the rest is silence!

Take it that's the same on... See full review

The more I live with this behemoth of an album, the more I love it. Aside from the still enjoyable solo piano albums, it looks like Nils has been getting ballsier in his main output ever since the masterpiece of All Melody, and so dropping three hours... See full review

Lovely surprise from Burial, I assumed he'd just wait till the depths of winter again to release something. But this is needed now, and it's bloody gorgeous. Like a slightly less stark and cold Antidawn, beautifully produced and will be a definite... See full review

Just picked up a copy of this. No detail at all about where the recordings originate from, but I *think* from doing some comparisons that they are drawn from the Champs-Elysees recordings originally released in 1965. The disc contains eight tracks... See full review

Love these Jive compilations that are a clash of the Blue Years and the Pink Years, must've been quite the head-scratcher for anyone who picked up something like this as their first TD purchase, esp. the extended vinyl/cassette edition!

My personal pick for greatest ever TG gig. Uncharacteristically low-key, with only a couple of vocal tracks, it's an hour-long dark ambient ooze of grimy grey goo.

I can work with this in the background, go to sleep listening to it, sit slumped on a... See full review

Seconded. I just got hold of a copy of this version, and Cheepnis is way better than the Ryko I was used to. The rest all sounds the same so far, but hey it's my favourite Zappa album, I'd buy extra copies every day if money was no object.

Feeding The Monkies At Ma Maison as well, another good evolution of Zappa's work on the Synclavier (so nice to see that I'm not the only one who loves this aspect of his work!)

Waited until both tracks had dropped before buying, to get a better handle on this release. It's fantastic - one side of Banger Burial, and one side of Short film for the ears Burial. Both should be early highlights of Tunes 2021-2029!

Dark Gethsemane was actually really good I thought, Space Cadet is ok. If he's sticking with the pattern of saving his best work for Hyperdub, fair enough - will be great to hear what comes next.

Wow, I tried running that 79s9d through an inflation adjuster, and it came to just over £56 (calculated from 1970 to 2017, the closest range it would go to). Definitely one for the well-heeled Mothers freaks back in the day!

This is interesting; can anyone explain the logic behind having ten copies of a track in a download, let alone calling nine of them "Filler Track"? Is it some sort of marketing idea that's been done elsewhere?

Does it only have one side cut backwards (which one?) I've always read that this version was cut with both sides played backwards and orchestral music added to Side 2, but I could've picked that up wrong/ be confusing it with another version.

Should this really be sitting under Albums, as it's really a semi-official recording that Albrecht D released himself - isn't the Miscellaneous section a better fit?
