boy, does this record sound amazing. 45 rpm is the only way to hear these d n b classic cuts. quiet vinyl and brilliant mastering give this piece of music the sonics it deserves. if you like photek, get on this.

took three cleanings, but i was able to get this thing to sound pretty good. it is not going to hold a candle to the vmp pressing with lacquer and remastering done at sterling by ryan smith, but this is not a bad budget alternative. just clean this LP...

red opaque, all good. my pressing sounds remarkable, far superior to the digital. the guitar's shimmering ethereal tone alone makes this a must have for fans of the band. no surface noise to speak of on my copy.

a nice quiet pressing and a good soundstage. i think the high's could use a bit more depth, but they sound very good still.
bonus: mine is transparent blue to be sure, but each disk is a slightly different shade (lighter/darker). it's pretty slick. |

this particular pressing sounds f'n fantastic. i grew up pumping this album as loud as my speakers could handle, and this is as good as it has sounded. so glad to own this piece of history. so glad to have the airwavvves back.

wow. this record sounds absolutely phenomenal in every conceivable way. a close second to the AP version. the 45 RPM allows this record to open up nicely.

this is a high quality pressing. i have not heard the original but this numero group press is quiet, dynamic, vibrant and warm. it sounds like youre sittin in the back of a bar.

as this album is damn near impossible to find at as decent price/per pressing, i decided to take a chance on this DMM version and it's not a bn80 or tone poet but it is actually quite good.

strange, i have had literally NONE of the issues others have posted about. got lucky i guess...i bought this from a local shop a decade ago and it still sounds good. boot or not.

i think it is important to note that the digital version of this album is highly-compressed. as this album came out in 2001 [death of vinyl years] it likely was not mastered with this format in mind. unless we get a specific remaster from the og tapes...

overall a great pressing, low/no surface noise throughout with good dynamic range, even at lower volumes.would recommend.

a quality, noiseless presentation with a quality low end/vocal balance. hope the clear vinyl version sounds this good.
