Frank Zappa's 'pet name' for his wife Gail Zappa.
(January 1, 1945 – October 7, 2015) was the wife of musician and composer Frank Zappa.

Much typical of Frank's humour, such as the naming of a son Dweezil Zappa after Gail's odd toe, he employed the moniker quite frequently in his work. Gail's 'smoker's cough' lending itself to Barking Pumpkin Records and tracks, such as "Invocation And Ritual Dance Of The Young Pumpkin" on Absolutely Free.
