Reviews
- One of Smith's finest releases, this record features the added texture of Davis' bass clarinet, which augments the unusually optimistic themes with a wistful nostalgia. In tempo and overall vibe, Spring is more akin to The Anchorite, as themes emerge from repetition and blossom into warm mantras to longer, brighter days.
