So, when it comes to our stock, we do a visual grading – unless we specifically mention otherwise in the description. Now, I totally get that grading can be a bit subjective. Some folks might not see eye-to-eye with our assessments. But here’s the good news: we’ve got your back! If you’re not thrilled with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days, no questions asked. We’ll happily refund the original price. Vinyl TLC: Before we send those sweet records on their journey, we give 'em a little love. We delicately slide the vinyl out of its outer sleeve to prevent any sleeve-on-vinyl friction. We only use professional cardboard mailing envelopes. These babies are like bodyguards for your vinyl, ensuring it arrives in pristine condition. And guess what? We’ve got stiffeners—like vinyl yoga mats—so your records stay flat and chill.
International Adventures: For those globetrotting vinyls, we go the extra mile. We wrap 'em up like burritos in bubble wrap, making sure they’re cozy and safe during their longer journeys.

We welcome orders from international buyers. We ship by tracked services so that we can keep track of your order for your peace of mind as well as ours. The order is fully insured so if the order is lost/damaged we guarantee to refund you in full. We can ship by untracked post if you want cheaper shipping but you would need to send the payment by Paypal "friends and family". No compensation is paid if the item is lost/damaged.

1. Customs declarations are marked as “Sale” and with the value of your order. Please do not ask for packages to be marked as ‘gift’ or for the customs declaration to be marked lower.
2. Unreceived orders: We will send you a tracking link but if there are any issues with the tracking / delivery please let us know and we will get straight onto sorting it out for you. Please note that if you are out when delivery is attempted it will be returned to your Main Post Office and you should arrange to collect it from there. Postal services are supposed to leave a notification card that delivery has been attempted but as this is not always the case. For a package to be considered officially “missing”, it needs to be have been 20 business days after the posting date (Europe) or 25 business days after the date of posting (Rest Of World).
3. Undelivered packages: If a package is returned to us as an unsuccessful delivery due to an incorrect address being provided, it not being collected from the Main Post Office, or for any other reason beyond our control, you can either pay the additional postage for redelivery or we will refund you for the value of the items but not the original shipping costs.
4. You are responsible for any customs charges. These customs charges are usually described as duties & taxes and could also include a fee levied by the courier. If a package is undelivered because of a refusal to pay any customs fees, Customs will use their discretion to either return the package to us or destroy it. If it is returned to us then we will refund you the cost of the item(s) ordered but if the package is destroyed then we will not pay any compensation.
