🌟WE CAREFULLY GRADE all records visually at a minimum, but most of our records' grades also have play sound taken into account, particularly on the A side, or for stereo/mono promos, on the stereo side.
🌟INVENTORY STICKER? Most records we sell come from a collection, and many therefore have an "inventory sticker" (as noted in item description), usually a small, clean-looking, circular, color coding sticker with music chart data written on it. In most cases, these stickers can be removed using Undu or an equivalent product, leaving little or no trace.

• We package and ship our 45s to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. We maintain a 100% unbroken record 😁 of shipping records without any damage whatsoever.
• We use sturdy shipping boxes designed for 7-inch records, with rare exceptions. To keep shipping prices as low as possible, we reuse such boxes, but only once, and only if they are in excellent condition. We will use a new box made with recycled content if reuse isn't possible.
• We place each 45, along with their regular (plain, company or picture) sleeve, inside a plastic sleeve.
• We surround the 45(s) with at least two cardboard stiffeners and at least one square sheet of bubble wrap in the package.
• Boxes are sealed with quality shipping tape, including diagonal placement to doubly ensure a package stays secure during any lengthy shipment.
• We affix a colorful sticker to the outside of the package reading "FRAGILE / HEAT SENSITIVE CONTENTS. / KEEP AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT‼️".
• All packages we ship include tracking to your door!

ALERT: Due to recent shipping-related cost increases (USPS Media Mail rate increase on July 9, 2023, and Discogs selling fee applied to shipping prices as of May 22), unfortunately prices needed to be increased across the board. ②Disputes over customs charges are between you and your customs office - we as the seller will not intervene. However, if you send us proof that you had to pay the VAT/GST/etc. a second time (on top of Discogs' automatic deduction), and per our request, Discogs refunds this amount to us, we will pass that refund on to you.

Because we now ship directly to a wide array of countries, we no longer accept orders going to an intermediary address set up by the buyer (friend, freight forwarding company, etc.) with intentions of forwarding to another country. At any rate, we do not take any shipping responsibility beyond the first delivery destination.
🌟ORDER & PAYMENT INFO (revised April 2, 2023):
How and when to pay. Invoices must be paid using PayPal within 7 days of the order. eCheck payments are not accepted. At any rate, no inventory will be pulled until payment is 100% complete. Unpaid orders after 7 days will be automatically canceled. Please do not make a payment after cancellation - if you still want the record(s), place a new order instead. Ordinarily we will not contact you to remind you to pay for your purchase.
Ordering a lot of 45s? Depending upon availability of shipping boxes, large orders may sometimes have to be split into separate shipments or shipped in attached boxes, but we won't charge you for additional postage. Boxes used for large orders may not be ones designed for 7-inch records but we (as always) will pack them for secure shipping.
Merging orders. Please make any requests to merge orders before paying on any of them, as after payment, it is much more complicated to merge orders in a non-standard manner. Non-standard merged orders may experience shipping delays, typically because we would need to issue a partial refund for shipping. We will normally merge orders made around the same time, unless when merged they would exceed any of our order limits. If you wish to keep such orders separate, please inform us with a message in the later order(s).
Shipping address not clear? If your shipping address isn't clear for any reason, we will request that you message us inside the order what exact address to use before we ship. Usually, the order will not be shipped until this is resolved, and our normal handling time will be extended. If the address isn't clarified within 7 days of the order creation, we may cancel the order and refund. Note: We will not ordinarily agree to ship to an address not set in your PayPal or Discogs accounts.
🌟RETURNS & REFUNDS (revised December 2, 2022):
We strive to ensure the accuracy and safe delivery of our orders, so any need for a return and/or refund will hopefully never exist. We try hard to get it right the first time!
We recognize that PayPal governs returns and refunds to a large degree, but the following is how we approach them:
①We sell only used/as-is items, and so we ask buyers to be sure they truly want the item(s) before ordering. The best time to change your mind is before you pay, but failing that, before we ship. We will fully refund cancelled orders promptly.
②If we sent the obviously wrong item, the item is damaged in shipment, or if the item has a major defect we have failed to disclose, we may ask for further information and/or photos, and then process a refund. If the entire order has such issues, the refund will be full; otherwise, the refund will include the subtotal, applicable taxes* and possible incremental shipping per affected item (flat rate shipping won't be refunded unless entire order is refunded).
③In cases of grading/description errors or a minor defect we have failed to disclose, we will consider a refund which will partially or fully cover the affected item's cost (possibly including applicable taxes* and incremental shipping). In some cases, we will require the affected item to be returned before we process the refund. We will also refund return shipping for US buyers. For international buyers, return shipping coverage will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
④For lost or yet-to-be-delivered packages, if a reasonable period of time has passed since shipment, we will assist the buyer in locating/receiving their package. We will make contacts, and provide the tracking number and/or proof of postage as necessary. We will also ask the buyer to contact their local postal office. Once all reasonable efforts are exhausted, and the package is still not delivered, we will provide a full refund.
⑤If a shipment is bounced back to us because the buyer refuses delivery or neglects to pick up their package at their local post office (whether appropriately notified or not), we will refund the order minus the postage we paid, no exceptions. We strongly believe this is fair. If the buyer requests a reshipment instead of a refund, they must first send us the full shipping price again.
✲Only taxes (or portions thereof) automatically deducted by Discogs will be considered for any refunds. Taxes and customs charges paid at the destination will not be refunded under our Returns & Refunds policy.

⭐Countries Not Listed Above (revised March 20, 2022):
We currently do not sell/ship beyond the above countries at this time. Because we now ship directly to a wide array of countries, we no longer accept orders going to an intermediary address set up by the buyer (friend, freight forwarding company, etc.) with intentions of forwarding to another country. At any rate, we do not take any shipping responsibility beyond the first delivery destination.
🌟ORDER & PAYMENT INFO (revised April 2, 2023):
How and when to pay. Invoices must be paid using PayPal within 7 days of the order. eCheck payments are not accepted. At any rate, no inventory will be pulled until payment is 100% complete. Unpaid orders after 7 days will be automatically canceled. Please do not make a payment after cancellation - if you still want the record(s), place a new order instead. Ordinarily we will not contact you to remind you to pay for your purchase.
Ordering a lot of 45s? Depending upon availability of shipping boxes, large orders may sometimes have to be split into separate shipments or shipped in attached boxes, but we won't charge you for additional postage. Boxes used for large orders may not be ones designed for 7-inch records but we (as always) will pack them for secure shipping.
Merging orders. Please make any requests to merge orders before paying on any of them, as after payment, it is much more complicated to merge orders in a non-standard manner. Non-standard merged orders may experience shipping delays, typically because we would need to issue a partial refund for shipping. We will normally merge orders made around the same time, unless when merged they would exceed any of our order limits. If you wish to keep such orders separate, please inform us with a message in the later order(s).
Shipping address not clear? If your shipping address isn't clear for any reason, we will request that you message us inside the order what exact address to use before we ship. Usually, the order will not be shipped until this is resolved, and our normal handling time will be extended. If the address isn't clarified within 7 days of the order creation, we may cancel the order and refund. Note: We will not ordinarily agree to ship to an address not set in your PayPal or Discogs accounts.
🌟RETURNS & REFUNDS (revised December 2, 2022):
We strive to ensure the accuracy and safe delivery of our orders, so any need for a return and/or refund will hopefully never exist. We try hard to get it right the first time!
We recognize that PayPal governs returns and refunds to a large degree, but the following is how we approach them:
①We sell only used/as-is items, and so we ask buyers to be sure they truly want the item(s) before ordering. The best time to change your mind is before you pay, but failing that, before we ship. We will fully refund cancelled orders promptly.
②If we sent the obviously wrong item, the item is damaged in shipment, or if the item has a major defect we have failed to disclose, we may ask for further information and/or photos, and then process a refund. If the entire order has such issues, the refund will be full; otherwise, the refund will include the subtotal, applicable taxes* and possible incremental shipping per affected item (flat rate shipping won't be refunded unless entire order is refunded).
③In cases of grading/description errors or a minor defect we have failed to disclose, we will consider a refund which will partially or fully cover the affected item's cost (possibly including applicable taxes* and incremental shipping). In some cases, we will require the affected item to be returned before we process the refund. We will also refund return shipping for US buyers. For international buyers, return shipping coverage will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
④For lost or yet-to-be-delivered packages, if a reasonable period of time has passed since shipment, we will assist the buyer in locating/receiving their package. We will make contacts, and provide the tracking number and/or proof of postage as necessary. We will also ask the buyer to contact their local postal office. Once all reasonable efforts are exhausted, and the package is still not delivered, we will provide a full refund.
⑤If a shipment is bounced back to us because the buyer refuses delivery or neglects to pick up their package at their local post office (whether appropriately notified or not), we will refund the order minus the postage we paid, no exceptions. We strongly believe this is fair. If the buyer requests a reshipment instead of a refund, they must first send us the full shipping price again.
✲Only taxes (or portions thereof) automatically deducted by Discogs will be considered for any refunds. Taxes and customs charges paid at the destination will not be refunded under our Returns & Refunds policy.
