- Edited 17 years agoIf you're out digging, and you find this one, get it; the cost will more than be covered by the first track: Disco Nights (Rock Freak). An absolute perfect disco song, there isn't a second in it that needs to be changed. Like a lot of my favorite disco songs it's poppy without overt cheese factor, with plenty of soul. An important feature is the subdued vocal mix, winding around a fullbodied disco-funk bassline, creating the foundation for the killer guitar hook: an instant kick in the pants. It's so killer that it became the main element of some house song
