it's workin as an aural journey , if not all the way to Ibiza , at least you can actually HEAR the live sound of the the Cocoon club .Stunning good records played (dirty e-dancer remix,Pontape, 99.9 and Sven's steel remixed by Marco carola my favourites) thru the club's mighty Allen&Heatmixer with occasionaly added effex by the artists. This means that all records sound a lot differnt to home-listening . The sound is filtered with emphasis on higher frequencies, with fine , but soft bass . It's rocking like hell and the interludes always work as catalysators to increase the energy from this set.Especially the last change in sound to minimal techno adds another fine vibe to this program , showing the typical afterhour sound from Sven ..
By far the best mix from Cocoon so far .(just check how many discogs.com members voted 5/5.)

close your eyes, turn it up and take a walk in rich and svens shoes for thatincedible monday night that rocked ibiza like noting else. the cut outs to live in club are unreal. they actually take you to ibiza. and the end is really fuckin funny.

This is "the" techno CD to buy. Hawtin puts together a mix that we all know and love him for. Vath finishes it with retro-like techno and tech house. The updated remix of the classic Koening Cylinders "99.9" is sick. Sven Vath "Steel (M.Carola rmx)" and Slam "Step Back (smith&selway rmx)" are also key tracks.

This is a fantastic follow-up to '2nd Season'. It starts out with a cool kinda spooky sound before moving gradually harder and harder and at track 10 'Sven Vath's - Steel' it absolutely kicks, it is without a doubt my favoutite track of the moment..in fact this CD is permanent fixture in my player at the mo. If you liked the other 2 prior to this, you are gonna love it. My only gripe is that there are a couple of bits when you can hear talking and the crowd, it is supposed to add to the whole feel but I dont like it. Excellent Sven, yet again.
