The mid-90's British EDM-scene boasted an embarrassment of riches, and when Born Slippy hit Underworld were very much at the forefront. Their unique style (longform-poetry with techno) matured nicely here, with long proggy numbers, some acid breakbeats and the best track being the sublime Confusion the Waitress. Plenty of other massive highlights, with Pearl's Girl offering us Karl's strongest vocal delivery, the epic 16-minute opener, and of course the legendary long version of Born Slippy (make sure you get the CD with the bonus 2nd-CD) which hyped dancefloors all over the world and hasn't lost an ounce of epicness. Rez is also great, a slow-build stomper.
