Never really felt this one, still love the first album, then the second album about half the tracks, but this one, its hard to find a track i can listen to. Nothing here compares to 'Some Distant Memory'.

This release must have been around the start of the loudness wars. The decibel level is around 25+. Just stupid loud.

It might be a good album if you got it when it came out. But I just heard it for the first time. This thing screams Y2K; it has not aged well. Worse, every track sounds the same to me. It's bombastic even when compared to the previous effort. Not much in the way of dynamics. Ultimately forgettable.

Pretty decent album. Sort of on the same vein as Crystal New Order period. A couple songs are very Electronic of past albums and some sound like New Order tracks. Top tracks for me are 'When she's gone', 'Vivid', 'Late at Night' and 'Warning Sign'. Some decent song writing in here actually like on 'Warning Sign' but as always, oddly delivered by Bernard Sumner with his sometime corny but honest delivery.. Solid album though but electronic music wise the least of the 3 Electronic albums. Won't find much 808 here unfortunately. Still if you are yearning for more New Order stuff gotta have this.
