All goods will be shipped by us to be compliant with EU regulations. Some countries within the EU are imposing importation taxation upon these goods. We have no knowledge about which countries are imposing what duties, it is something beyond our control or knowledge. If you place an order with us, you accept our terms and conditions before making payment. By clicking on acceptance of these terms you accept your order may be subject to importation taxation upon your receipt. If you refuse to pay for this taxation you will not be able to be refunded for the goods from paypal as the seller is protected in this regard.

This is the wording of clarification from paypal in this regard: If customs won't release an item to the customer until payment is made of customs charges, we will close the case in the favour of the seller. This is because we hold buyers responsible for paying customs charges for items arriving from abroad.

If these goods are then sent back us because of your refusal to pay your governments importation duties we will not issue any credit until we are in receipt of the goods. We will not refund any costs relating to shipping these goods to you and getting them back. All orders will be subect to arestocking charge of 25% of the order value or £10.00, whichever is the highest. This is to cover our staff wages to process your refund and to restock these products.

To our customers in Europe, and other regions where VAT is paid on Discogs at checkout: your package will the required Discogs tax ID number (IOSS in Europe), that proves VAT was already paid at time of order placement, when applicable. We electronically submit the required VAT Tax ID number to ensure efficient clearance by customs. You SHOULD NOT be paying VAT a second time. Relevant tax regulations stipulate that VAT can only be imposed once on a given order, not twice. If you paid VAT for your order here on Discogs, and again, a second time when the package was delivered to you, we recommend contacting the entity who imposed VAT a second time, and submit evidence (such as the invoice relating in your Discogs order by clicking on the "Print" button on the order page).

We try to grade all listings as accurately as possible using discogs gradings VG = Noticeable groove wear etc but sometimes we may get this wrong. There is no attempt on our part to deceive or cheat anyone, we can all make mistakes and the vast majority of our customers are happy with the service that we provide as our ratings will attest. This peace of mind refund assures customers the confidence we have in our item grades.

Products are visually graded, it is simply not viable to play grade the quantity of records we have on offer. We will happily play grade any records that are £20+ if requested at the time of order. Please note by ordering products from us you are accepting these terms, if this is not acceptable to you please do not order as we will not entertain conversations after the event in terms of partial refunds for perceived overgradings.

Please note, we do NOT clean records or CD's that are under £10 in value. Likewise we do NOT grade jewel cases, As products come into us, we will simply ship them out to our customers. Cleaning is a very time consuming process that we cannot include with low value products. If this is not acceptable to you please do NOT order low value records from us. Likewise, items below £10 in value do not have the same level of attention in terms of data entry so omissions can be made in relation to notes regarding writing on labels / sleeves, stickers etc.

If after purchasing and shipping you refuse delivery, or you do not collect the parcel from the post office after notification, and the parcel is returned to us you will have the option to pay for the shipping charge again. Alternatively if you decide you no longer want the parcel and seek a refund, a 25% restocking charge will apply to cover the time spent on picking, cleaning & packing your order along with the original shipping charge. By placing an order with us you accept this clause as part of our terms of trading.

To return items to us simply return the item(s) within 7 days of receipt in same condition as we shipped them to you and in the original packaging including cardboard stiffeners and we guarantee we will refund 100% of the original purchase price. If you order multiple records from us and seek to partially return records the original postage sum will be proportionally refunded. We will NOT refund the postage costs if you did not ask for play grading prior to shipping or if the item(s) is below £10 in value. We no longer accept payment via bank transfer as it is simply too messy and time consuming. Remember discogs (not us) automatically leaves negative feedback for users that do not pay. Automatic cancellation takes place after 7 days.

Orders under £20 in value will generally be shipped using Royal Mail for which we obtain a proof of postage. Orders over £20 in value will be shipped via a tracked method for which we will provide further off. We can ship CDs without jewel cases to reduce shipping costs if required. Please advise at time of ordering if required.

If you do not report to us an item has not been delivered within 28 days of shipping our shipping partners will not allow us to make a claim for non delivery. If you exceed this duration of time for notification we cannot make a claim on the insurance that we have paid for making an claim for non delivery null & void for your purchase.

Should we not be able to fulfil your order, we will inform you and refund you ASAP. UK delivery time is usually 3-4 days, and 5-7 days if you are in Europe and 10 – 14 days for America and Rest of the world. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will submit a claim and offer a refund to the sum insured. We previously listed all the shipping prices here but as Royal Mail etc change them so frequently it was too time consuming to list them separately. When you place an order the shipping will automatically calculate. Some regions of the world where an order is placed above 7 units the shipping price has a random figure included. If you wish to place an order for more than 7 units and the shipping price stated shows £500 then please contact us as you reside in a country where we do not ship to very often for more than 7 units.

Any goods purchased from us that you seek to return need to be sent within 7 days of receipt and the associated costs will be at the buyers expense.

Note the business owner has several business'es and as such frequently travels. Refunds will be processed as and when he has internet access and is not between flights or hotels. Please be patient but this generally happens within a week or goods being back in our possession, NOT when they are delivered to our return address as this is the post office we use that we go to twice a week.
