We ship worldwide by registered airmail with a tracking number, & whenever possible under 24hr.
All parcels are professionally packed in solid LP cardboard mailers.
It is also possible to pick up records locally in Cascais, by appointment.
Most of our records are cleaned on an Okki Nokki Vacuum cleaner and graded visually. Some are play-graded and all records will have a careful and accurate description of grading. We grade conservatively based on the goldmine grading system. All records are kept and shipped in a protective plastic sleeve.
All records are sent out of their sleeve to avoid seam splits, except sealed records.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically when you place the order.
Please note: If you purchase an item and then realize that you don't want to proceed with the order, it's ok, we will cancel it in very instance except when the payment has been done. If you purchase an item and pay for it, please don't ask us to cancel as it is very difficult to get the item back from our courier, which operates almost on a daily basis.
