Please note!

Cd's is normally sent without jewelcases to keep shipping rate low. If jewelcases doesn’t have any impact on shipping price, I will ship as is. If you want me to send with jewelcases regardless, please tell me when ordering before paying, and note that shipping rate may be different to the one in my seller terms.

Vinyl records is shipped with record outside of sleeve/inner sleeve but inside an outer sleeve to protect from splits.

I use the buyers registered shipping adress. It's risky to have special shipping addresses in the order, when packing 10-20 order it's very easy to miss.

For orders with value of 35EUR or more, please choose registered and insured shipping. If you still choose basic shipping I reserve the right to ask you to pay for registered shipping.

On bigger orders, its not possible to clean the records. It just too time consuming.

Registered shipments means that the customer will recieve the individual parcel number and is also insured for up to 220EUR.
(For an additonal 14EUR parcel is insured for up to 1100EUR.)

Shipping Policies

Double LP's, Boxsets equals the numbers of records in product, i.e. double-LP calculates as two records.

Please note that grading are visual grading. I don't have the time to listen to every listed item

Records graded VG or lower can, if requested, be sound-checked with headphones before shipment.

I don't grade CD Jewelcases but I don't send broken ones.

Claims / Returns
If you some reason want to return an item, you can send it back to me at your own expenses.

As soon as I receive the records back I will issue a refund for their value.
In case you receive the item broken (unplayable) you'll need to send a picture of the record as it has been received. We will be glad to reimburse the price of the item and shipping & handling costs.

For orders over 50EUR, registered shipping is recommended. Without registered shipping, there's no tracking number and if lost no refund is possible. So please choose registered shipping!
