"X-Ite – Cyberworld (A-side)" is one of my favourite mid-nineties hard trance classics! Played by M Zone at Vibealite Has Tomorrows World In Its Hands. It's a bit different to most other tracks around this time. It uses a different type of main synth sound, more like a stab than a typical trance lead. I have to say the bassline has inspired me for the last few decades! I'm always a big fan of 909 beats and the rim-shot on this is excellent! :) The time-stretched "Cyberworld" vocal sounds very futuristic. The last element of the mix to mention is the 303 acid sound. It's squelchy and resonant, and fits perfectly with the bassline and stab.
An absolute must have track!
Bangin Hard Trance M-Zone belter :-)- Edited 19 years agoOh yes!'Cyberworld' used to rock the raves front to back: a chugging dark hard trancer with a wicked 303 plus of course the sample 'Cyberworld' that blasts you straicht to the year 3000!
