POSTAGE RATES/ SHIPPING POLICY:

Buyer pays for shipping and any customs fees as indicated in the Discogs terms of service.

Will/can combine shipping for multiple items. We ship using new mailers for every order, with two cardboard inserts and 1 plastic outer sleeve for used LP’s and 45’s with years of experiences in sales in multiple markets shipping 12”’s, LP’s, 7”, and cassettes & CD's. We also ship all items outside of their sleeves, as per industry standard to avoid seam splits where applicable.

USA:
Cassettes: $5.50 / $0.50 each additional after 2/by weight
CD’s: $5.50 / $0.50 each additional/by weight
7"s: $5.50 / $0.75 each additional /by weight
LPs: $6 + $1 per each additional after 2 LP’s /by weight

INTERNATIONAL RATES VARY BY WEIGHT

LP: $32 International excluding Australia which is now $38 for LP, & $26 for 7”, and 7” being $20 everywhere else for the most part Worldwide.. Rates increased by USPS Jan 2024. Canadian postage : $24 LP, $18 for 7”, Cassette, & CD’s with additional pricing depending upon quantity and weight. DM any questions on shipping.

Also message us for alternate shipping methods, as we can do UPS upon request with proper arrangements.

HANDLING TIME:
Please allow 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your record/tape to ship. Please look below to our shipping schedule:

Orders placed Thursday/Fri. : Shipment occurs by Tuesday/Weds of the following week.

Orders placed Mon - Weds: Shipment occurs at the latest the following Wednesday.

Sometimes your order will ship before these dates! We do our best to ship by the date mentioned but we are human and this is Sole Proprietorship meaning all work is done by one individual with 50-75+ orders coming in a week. At time USPS system updates don’t happen until the following day. We appreciate your patience and understanding, your purchases will always be shipped within a reasonable window.

If package is delayed by shipping carrier we will help investigate any issue. Any customs fees are the responsibility of recipient as per Discogs and PayPal policy. RETURN/NON-PAYING BUYER POLICY:
Returns for full refund are accepted if requested. Unpaid invoices are automatically cancelled after (4) days of non-payment.

We do our absolute best to describe every particular element of an album. We note when applicable if there is a hole punched, or corner cut on our listings, as well as any creases/bends that are observable to outer sleeves. In regards to condition of disc we base overall grade off of visual condition in combination to play grade, and will note playback integrity to the best of our ability.

Photo requests are accepted BEFORE purchase and on items over $50 in value due to time limitations. We appreciate your understanding of this policy!
