I picked up a copy at their show recently and was blown away at the quality of this pressing. You don't expect a political satire death grind band to take their vinyl so seriously but they've treated this pressing well.
The interesting thing I noticed when I removed the shrink wrap was that the double album sleeves were actually tucked away between the gatefold and not in the actual album sleeves. When you take out these beautifully flat and clean tricolor albums you can see why. They're thick hefty pieces of vinyl whose mass probably risked splitting the actual album jacket. Kudos to the label for catching the issue and not forcing the albums into the jacket and causing a split.
Though seemingly not necessary, this recording takes full advantage of the 45 speed format delivering bright upfront vocals, dynamic and explosive drums, and a deep resonate bass note. Everything well separated and presented on a broad acoustic soundstage.
Definitely grab a copy at their show, they're still reasonably priced and not price hiked with signatures yet.referencing Pocho Aztlan (2×LP, Album) NE 3444-1
The new Brujeria's LP is really good. After first stream-listening it was only good, but after next and next I know I have to buy this album. For fans that like the first Brujeria LP from 2000: You won't be dissapointed.
