sounds very good to me maybe i just got a better pressing but overall i give it a 8 out of 10 definitely worth owning for a good clean 33 rpm version if u want the best pressing get the 45 rpm analog productions pressing.That being said this pressing sounds very good to me and im using a rega planar 2. I like having both the 33 and the 45 so i can use the 33 on my rega without having to swap belt and use the 45 rpm on my pro-ject carbon debut evo

This pressing is very curious. The back of the outer sleeve describes close to the barcode “France” but to down you will see: Made in Germany. In fact it’s written in the dead wax: Made in Germany.
Anyway… it sounds AMAZING!!! Loud, clear, powerful. Crispy sound with excellent soundstage and pushing drums!! Go for it!!!!

Here we have a very nice German reissue and sounds great. The sound is fresh, warm and crisp. To me, all of those original Warner reissues sounds great.

Just in case you were looking for a reason to understand why real Americans love this band, here comes this album to kick your foreigner dick in the dirt. Its about as raw of a band recording as you could hear-- this is the literal sound of the band playing these songs together in a studio. They WILL prove to you that they know how to play southern american blues rock and roll. An absolute asskicking of a listen which you deserve! I did!

My copy has same color and year label as this one but says MCA-3021 on label?

A great edition of this album, not my favorite, but undoubtedly of a lot of artistic and of course sound quality. Sometimes I have been able to perceive some vocal distortion at higher frequencies, but I am afraid it comes from the master's degree. Of course, incomparable with any cheap edition.

My copy is great. No quite MFSL pressing quality, but really, really good. A pop/click here or there, especially on side 4, but mostly the background is just shy of dead quiet. No noise at the very end of album sides as often seen lately on cheaper pressings. Both of records are perfectly flat. Nice, high quality inner sleeves. I review pressing quality, not mastering, so I will defer to others on that. I highly recommend this.

Not quite as good as the 45rpm with the soundstaging somewhat cosed in here by comparison but the mastering is still excellent (same tonality, dynamics) and its a success on that front.

One caveat... this is one of my worst QRP presses... ridiculously and unnecessarily heavy and visibly - initially worryingly - quite warped albeit just short of audibly causing a problem. The 45rpm is less warped but still exhibits it too. It is also a more sensible weight.

YMMV on the pressing quality as always
