      pretty sure this is 1993, its on a cluster of mixtapes from mid 1993 - late 1993, as Rich.c mentions Vertigo plays it on his set @ Utopia which is dated July 1993.
      it also gets a review in July 1993 Mixmag in the Eastern Bloc House Recommended page, review goes "not much info on this white label handed over the counter in the shop, anyhow an excellent trance workout including a wicked wah wah guitar mix."

        Weapon simples...vertigo played the mix with the electric guitar at the start on his 1993 set @ Utopia Bradford whereas Sasha played the more prog mix which features on the flip (he used this as an ending track in 1993) bit of a rarity on vinyl this as its another of those cheeky whites unearthed by vertigo but its got some miles in it as it is like having 2 tracks on one record.
