40th Anniversary 12" release of sampled 1982 single "Baby Don't You Know" by fusion flautist, former Blue Note jazz artist Bobbi Humphrey, produced by Roy Ayers. re-created on original Uno melodic art. Great record. Plays wonderfull, sounds really good, strong master, plays on 45 rpm, not on 33 1/3.

Finally we see a well-deserved reissue of this über classic. Too bad it has to be a stupid, limited RSD release. I hope people realise that this event, which started as a way to support a dying medium, has turned into an embarrassing cash grab completely killing small independent labels that never stopped supporting vinyl in the first place. This year there are 400+ official RSD releases and they include readily available Bowie and Prince records no one really needs. Just embarrassing.

Anyways: how does it sound and was this done from the original master tapes?
