    I have the Canadian pressing of this album. I will say that the vinyl was not as "clean" as the original releases. But...I really dont understand how anyone would say this new vinyl version sounds bad. Really. Listening to it now ...the bass is pounding and the highs are crisp..not as good as a Japanese or British version..but balanced. Flat vinyl...noise free (after cleaning) great package...what is there not to like? I will admit that I only have the Capitol versions of these songs and all the cds 87 thru Japanese SHM versions. I do have a few Japanese and British different albums and I do not find this as being a bad version. Again the Bass guitar is pounding..compare to other versions I have. Also I understand these were cut from hi res files (24/44.1)..so ..if you want to hear the Beatles original albums in "hi res"..this is where you go plus its also about the mastering of the vinyl
