Decent comp album with good sound. Some others I have found lack bass. Recommended

So many good reasons as to why this USA original vinyl album should be in anyone's collection.

          1. The mixes are quite different from what was originally released as album tracks and singles:-

added percussion (bongs in particular) on Can't get Enough and What Am I Gonna Do
added guitar melody to What Am I Gonna Do and Never Never Gonna Give Ya Up

          2. The unique scripted/scrolled label text was clearly the pre-cursor to Unlimited Gold Records Inc logo and label design (no doubt from the same person)

          3. The jacket/sleeve leaves other versions of the Greatist Hits packages (the vile UK one springs instantly to mind). The embossing etc.

The only downside are the four tracks that should not have been selected for here, three were not 45's and thus were NOT greatest hits: Love Serenade @ 7.04 I've Found Someone I've Go So Much To Give and Standing In The Shadows Of Love @ 5.20

The full versions of I'm Gonna Love You, You're The First and Never Never Gonna Give Ya Up should have been compiled + the addition of Soul Unlimited Inc family gems of Love's Theme, Under The Influence Of Love, Satin Soul and Walking In The Rain.

All these tracks come under the banner of Barry White and Greatest Hits and would have made the Album even more special and maybe have made more sales.

An observation: Love Serenade is just a basic sex romp to music with a thrust-penetration tempo., Its a pvt in the bedroom track not a greatest hit: It may have been a baby boom reason! Note Barry's sexploits really came superiorly to THE fore 20 years later with I Wanna Do It Good To Ya for A&M and that did come out as a single!
