My copy has no issues. It is flat, quiet, and sounds great. However, I haven't had the time to compare it to the 1983 version yet.

Warped like an actual dinner plate. What a huge disappointment.

Edit: my copy sounds horrible, like the majority of these new Waits reissues. Never ending surface noise. So disappointing.

Silent, flat and overall great remaster. Very good dynamic soundstage.

My copy is very good. There are a couple of low level pops on side 1. Not enough to return it. I am happy with this release.

Sounds incredible - no static or pops, completely silent between the tracks. Very happy with this one.
