This LP is great for anyone who appreciates Eva,acoustic music,or beautiful vocals etc. & wants to try out a 45rpm LP record, you can pick this up for less than £30 to try this!
If you do you won`t be too disappointed in fact I`d go as far to say, you`ll be delighted that you did. This blix street pressing is fabulous at it`s price point,it`s flat quiet & fairly well centered. The acoustics are outstanding & should be on any properly configured turntable set-up. This is "just" Eva`s fantastic vocals & her guitar so you get all the ambiance from the recordings coming through CLEARLY you`ll even clearly hear the audience`s murmur from a few of the recordings on this disc,I`ll assume that most tracks had the audience mixed out or her mic just didn`t pick them up,THERE IS NO SIBILANCE what so ever on this record - none.
It is a gatefold album cover of standard quality with a (very)large picture of Eva & a short write up by Bill Straw. As far as I can remember the inner sleeves were just paper(look at the rrp!) but mine now have anti-static so I`ll assume these didn`t come with the album. For any Eva fans this LP has seven of the same tiles from "Songbird" (https://www.discogs.com/release/2549890-Eva-Cassidy-Songbird) so it`s nice to compare the acoustic versions of these tracks too.
She is a great loss to her family, friends, fellow musicians & us fans of her & music - R.I.P Eva....

Recommended five stars thank you for taking the time to read this review please feel free to ask any questions about this LP you may have.
